I turn statements, invoices and purchase records into clean spreadsheets you can trust, and I show my checks: balances that tie out, duplicates and arithmetic errors listed, and anything unclear flagged rather than guessed.
What I work on
Tables from text-based PDFs (bank, supplier, price lists) into Excel or CSV, with a balance check and a sheet of flagged cells. See PDF-to-Excel pricing.
Required fields, totals and line arithmetic, dates and duplicates checked; you get an exception list in plain language.
Matched, partial, price variance, missing and duplicate lines, with control totals. Reconciliation template.
Vendor and product lists standardized and de-duplicated under rules you approve; uncertain merges are flagged.
How I work
- I flag, I don't guess. Every value I couldn't read with confidence is listed for you to confirm.
- No logins. I never need bank, accounting-software or ERP credentials. Send files, preferably with sensitive details removed.
- Separate QA. Each delivery is checked against its acceptance list by a separate review pass.
- Your files are deleted after delivery unless you ask me to keep them.
- Limits: no scanned or photographed documents (OCR) for now, and no accounting, tax or 統一發票 compliance advice — I prepare data; decisions stay with you or your accountant.
