Every response is coded against your fixed categories using the same engine behind our one-off verbatim-coding service. Anything that doesn't clearly fit isn't forced into a category.

How it works
- Email us to set up your subscription and get your codebook(s) established. A new codebook needs the one-time Codebook Setup step (below) before its first batch runs.
- Each month, email that month's response export (CSV/XLSX) to
hello@tsaielectro.comagainst an already-set-up codebook. - You get back one spreadsheet: a
category,confidence(MATCH/ABSTAIN), andreviewer_notecolumn per response. - Responses beyond your tier's monthly allotment are billed as overage at our one-off Starter batch rate — no separate purchase needed, it's itemized on your invoice.

FAQ
How does the monthly allotment work?
Each tier includes a fixed number of responses per calendar month. Unused allotment does not roll over to the next month. Responses beyond your allotment in a given month are billed as overage at our one-off Starter batch rate, itemized on your invoice — no separate purchase needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — the subscription is month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel by emailing us; there's no dark-pattern cancellation flow.
Do I still pay the Codebook Setup fee?
Once per new active codebook, the same one-time $60 fee as our one-off service. If you already paid Setup for a codebook (as a one-off customer switching to a subscription), you don't pay it again for that codebook.
What happens to responses that don't fit any category?
They're marked ABSTAIN with a reviewer note explaining why, not forced into the closest category.
