I build small, tightly scoped automations that don't lose or double-process events: signed webhook receivers, n8n workflows, LINE / messaging integrations, MCP servers that let your AI assistant use a real tool, and audits of existing AI-agent workflows. Every job gets a written scope, exclusions, automated tests and a runbook you can follow.
What I work on
Signature checks, exactly-once writes, retries with backoff, dead-letter queue and a replay command, so a failure is visible instead of silently dropped.
Capture customer messages from a LINE Official Account (or similar) into a sheet or ticket log you already use.
1–3 deterministic tools over local stdio, with schemas, valid/invalid/adversarial test fixtures and a working client config.
From one sanitized trace of your agent workflow: bottlenecks tied to your own request IDs, and a before/after measured on your own numbers.
How I work
- Written scope first. You describe the problem; I reply with scope, exclusions, acceptance checks and a delivery date before any work starts.
- No production credentials. I work from sample or sanitized data. You deploy with the runbook; I support you in writing.
- Separate QA. Every delivery is checked against its acceptance list by a separate review pass that did not build it.
- Honest limits. I don't host your services, run on-call for live systems, or take phone calls. If something is out of scope, I say so.

Studio samples built on synthetic data — not client work. Each will link to its code, acceptance list and QA result once it passes review.

Free pilot slots
I'm building a track record, so the first 5 small, scoped jobs are free in exchange for honest feedback. There's no obligation to review or recommend. After delivery I ask four short questions: did it solve the problem, what was missing, would you have paid, and whether I may quote you (and how you'd like to be named).
